In late 2009 I started a small plastic welding and repair business  in Fort Worth, Texas.  I currently work on damaged motorcycle fairings (ABS), PP, Plexi glass, and PVC plastics. I hope to expand to other plastics soon.  

Some of my work is pictured on the left and below as well as a full cataloge of images in the photo gallery page of this website. The damage almost unnoticable.

My rates are based on time and materials. Labor is $40.00 per hour, I have specials for those who are repeat business and  refer others to my business. As I stated above, I am based in Fort Worth Texas, and for those who live in Dallas/Fort Worth area, I am willing to pick up plastics that need repair at no cost or will arrange shipping. For those who live out of the metroplex, you may send digital pictures to my email for approximate quotes and if interested I will arrange for shipping of your plastics, setup through email. My only request of both DFW and out of the DFW metroplex customers is that you take plastics off your motorcycle  or whatever the case may be.  Motorcycle Dealers Welcomed. When the cooler "Wetter" whether returns, I cut down on painting to just priming. As my shop is still being set up for propper painting conditions. We will still fix your cracks and sratches and either prime just the areas that were repaired, or prime the entire fairing. I am hoping to have heating oven or lights by winter 2010.

 We are now offering a Neon light installation,  if you need your neon lights installed on your motorcycle, we charge a $75.00 flat rate. Just for the time it takes (no matter if it takes 1 hour or 5 hours) to connect all the wires and to make a professional looking  job by  hiding all the wires. (Picture below on this web page gives an idea how it looks at night).  

Currently I ONLY accept cash or money order,  For Motorcycle Dealers I am willing to set up billing accounts and payments may be made at the end of each month. Proof of dealership is required.

Disclaimer

Due to several phone calls and emails I have recieved asking if I weld Radiators or plastic gas tanks, I have decided to add this little disclaimer to my web site.

I currently DO NOT work on radiators or plastic gas tanks as it can be a liability. My skills are working on motorcycle fairings, however I am happy to take a look at any plastic jobs that you might have, if you would like me to TRY to work on a particular job that is NOT a motorcycle fairing, I am happy to do so but I take no responsibility for the out come. I DO NOT WORK WITH FIBER GLASS!

Below is a form used for painting purposes. If you require the damaged part of you fairings painted after it has been repaired, I need the below information, This is for stock colors only - (This means your original color of your bike) If it has been repainted not in stock colors or in two or more colors, I can still help you with repairs, but would suggest taking it to a paintshop of your choosing for the color you like.

Base Paint (undercoat) - $40.00 per can

Color paint - $40.00 per can

Clear Coat - $40.00 per can (optional but recommended)

Some bike models may not be available depending on it's age.

These Prices need to be taken into consideration when adding them to my labor ($40.00 P/H) and materials.
